The Warren-Morrison MCV (media containment valve) pinch valve has been deliberately designed to contain and safely transport a variety of chemicals. The MCV valve is completely encapsulated in a HPE body lining and sealed using expanded PTFE on the joint body faces and containing a post sleeve failure pressure in excess of 20 bar g.

In addition, we have incorporated local indication in the form of a VFID (valve fail indication device), a glass reinforced dome that couples as a media drain mechanism. The drain mechanism is employed to dispel the contained media within a controlled environment.
